Well I think you r missing a point here. Your son is already a British Citizen. So if he has an other nationality say for example India, then he must information IHC and surrender his Indian nationality. And a fact that you haven't got a British passport for him doesn't mean that he is not British. Passport is only a travel document needed when someone wants to travel. Otherwise you may find some British origin people born here but they don't have British passport as they never need it.luckyfawn wrote:Thank you for prompt reply.
