Hello All,

I will be applying for my ILR application 1st week april 2013.
My husband was on T2 ICT for 4 years and then became my dependent from 1 yr 4 months. We have been staying together for 5 years and have proofs.

-Can my husband apply as my dependent for ILR application?
-Or does he needs to complete 2 yrs as my dependent to be eligible ?
-our visa expiring 1may 2013, if he not eligible then will have to apply as dependent of settled person after my ILR ?

please advice, thanks in advance...

I am on non-PBS work permit Teir 2 general visa.
Are the rules same ?

Are you on the original Work Permit ? Did you change to Tier 2 under the Points Based system at any time after coming to UK on Work permit?

Yes, I am on original work permit which was issued for 5 years.
Earlier I came to UK as dependent of my husband who was on work permit ICT, then after 6 months I got my own wp non-pbs for 5 years.

I have appointment on monday, can you please let me know the URL/section stating the immigration law that cohabitation documents not required for dependent of work permit (non- PBS Teir 2) holder.
