Set(O) - Section 10 -Question 8,9,10

Hi Team,
I am filling the SET(O) form and have a quick question regarding Set(O) - Section 10 -Question 8,9,10.
I have had my finger prints taken twice. Once in India when I applied for my work permit and second when I did my extension here in the UK at Crydon office. The question does not clearly specific whether its the first take or the last one. Could someone please throw some light on this.
