Well you will need to show atleast 6 docs from 3 different sources over those two years. I am sure she will have a bank account so those statements and your statements can be added. Try and get a letter from your GP?

Keep your marriage certificate that's always a good practice.

Yes that will help.

Also are you planning to apply by post? As right now postal applications are taking around 6 months. My advice would be look for PEO appointments.

She didnt register for anything during the first 6 months in the country. she didnt even open a bank account for almost 10 months. She only registered with the GP after 6 months of being in the country. You mentioned 6 docs from 3 different sources, does that mean if I find 6 letters from private companies,etc.. will that be enough? Dont we need documents to cover all 24 months? Like annual utility bill, etc???? She doesnt have any document to cover all 24 months. As an example if I get 6 letters sent to her which are dated during the last two years (6 different dates/months) will that be enough? I have the deed to prove that I own the property, will that be enough for me? or will they use the bank statements and payslips I have sent to them as proof? I couldn't find any official guidance regarding the cohabitation documents needed, any idea where i can find it?

Yes I know. But as I have only got a few weeks left on my visa and there are no appointments available for a few weeks I thought I will post it instead. If my applications is straightforward I shouldn't worry about it too much or should I?
