I have taken 60 days break
Break 1 - 30 days for Marriage
Break 2 - 30 days Holiday
Do I need to submit employer letter or any proofs for these absenses.

Do you realise that you have provided no information on your immigration background, to enable anyone to comment?

Currently I am in Tier 2 ICT visa, going to apply ILR in Apr-13.
I took 30 days break for my marriage and next trip for holiday (again 30 days). So total absense & out of UK is 60 days. This is within 90 days UKBA immigration rules.
So my concern is, do I need to provide evidence for these absense or the covering letter will provide enough information.

As you are applying for ILR as a T2 (Employer Sponsored) Migrant you will need to provide an employer letter to confirm your annual leave and business related absences, irrespective of the number of absences you had. No other evidence is required.
Any other absences due to serious or compelling compassionate reasons you should provide a personal letter with supporting evidence.
