HI everyone....I am on my two year probation visa, which will expire next month....and I will be aplying for ILR as a spouse of a British citizen.....I have NOT left the UK since I came here, but, my British husband was out of UK for more than a year, during my stay here.
my question : will my husband's out of UK stay, create problem for my ILR with two of my children.

WE did NOT take any kind of benefits and financially, we are in stable condition. But, the long absent is the only concern that I have....can someone please help me out....Thanks.

Probably ok, if your marriage is still subsisting and still intending to settle together in the UK, etc.

What were the reasons for the absence?

My husband was out of UK, because of some issues back in Pakistan....he had to take care of his mother and other property issues there.... also, he lost his british passport in Pakistan and had to get a replacment passport...

I am really worried, that if his long absent would create problem for my and my children's ILR visa.....IF SO, then what can I do to get out of the situation...

Thanks
