Liverpool PEO and the 90 days discretion

I live in London and booked a PEO appointment for 1st March 2013 at Liverpool because that was all that was available. My tier 1 visa ends 28 March. I was on HSMP valid from 28 March 2008 and entered the UK the 20th May 2008. Might be a silly question but will I be OK according to the 90 days discretionary rule to apply on the 1st of March ? Since my records are in Croydon from my Tier 1 application and I have a London address will it be ok to go to the Liverpool PEO? Are there any horror stories about Liverpool PEO?
