I came to the UK in February 2004 as a student. In 2007 I had a problem with UKBA when coming back from my country. They have identified that i don't study the college i have obtained the visa from. The main reason of this that i didn't inform them when i changed the college and course.they have cancelled my visa and asked me to obtain the visa from back home. However i didn't go back home rather requested for legal help. Finally they released me and gave me chance to appeal.I appealed against their decision and won, again they re appealed against the judge decision, this time they won and placed a removal decision for me.Police came to my house to send me back home but couldn't find me.Then i fax them i am leaving the country voluntarily. Finally I left the country in November 2007.From my country I have made a fresh application again with my previous educational documents as i couldn't accomplish my study before.Again British High Commission in my country refused me,However i appealed and won the case again and was given permission to finish my study. Then I came in the UK January 2009 and have graduated from Middlesex University in 2010 and obtained PSW visa for 2 years. Now i am doing business here in the Uk and applied for entrepreneur visa.

My question is
If I apply for ILR(10 yr long residency) in 2014 February will i be able to obtain that as i have the gap of 1 year 1 month.

No, you were not in the country from nov 07 - Jan 09 which breaks your continuous residence to start with.

Continuous residence has been broken, you didn't have valid leave when you left the UK, and you left for more than 6 months.

See long residence
