Form for ILR dependants if they apply separately?

Hello!!

I am staying in UK (on Tier 1 G) with my wife and 2 kids (Tier 1 dependants).
Now I have to apply for ILR (along with my dependents) before 13th Apr.

Despite trying very hard, I have been unable to secure a combined appointment for me and my dependants.
So, what I have done is, I have booked appointment for myself (Set(O)). Once I get ILR, I would apply ILR for my dependants.

The question is which form would my dependants fill in that case? Is it Set(M)?

Any response is deeply appriciated

regards

Set O.

your wife would be the primary applicant then.

I think it should be Set(M)

"If the main applicant is granted indefinite leave, family members will need to apply under the relevant categories of the rules relating to spouses, civil partners and dependent children of persons present and settled in the UK."

As such, the spouse in this case would need to apply for settlement on form SET(M). The requirements for this are also set out on our website."

The more I read, more I get confused :)

Assuming that main applicant has recently got his ILR, could any moderator/guru please elaborate why dependent wife, for ILR, would apply on Set(O) and not on Set(M)?

You may skip ILR altogether for your UK born child. So look for appt with two dep only
