ILR or Extension? - Please help

I have a query regarding my ILR. Need your help.
Here are the details.
Tier 1 General Visa initially granted for 3 years.
Tier 1 General Visa from: 22-July-2008 to 22-July-2011
Date of Entry: 13-Sep-2008
Visa extended successfully for another two years in 2011. (PEO)
Visa Extension Date: 20-June-2011 (Please note: The new visa date is not from 22-July-2011)
Visa Exp Date: 20-June-2013.
Please let me know whether do I need to go for another extention or I am eligible for ILR.

Yes, you can apply for ILR.
Maximum you can have a cooling period of 3 months(90 days) before the first entry after you got the visa.
From your case, i think u came here 83 days after you got your visa.

You will be alright. My first entry was 89 after first EC stamp and recently got my ILR.

Using the 90 day allowance, you complete 5 years on 22 July 2013. You can apply during the last 28 days leading to 22 July 2013, say from 25 June 2013. But on the day you apply, you should have a valid leave.
Can you satisfy this requirement?

Thanks for your reply.
My current leave is till 20-June-2013. i.e 5 days lesser than the eligibilty date for ILR.
So, I need to go for another extenstion right?

Unfortunately it appears as though you require a further extension (due to your previous early T1G extension) if you plan to apply for ILR in-person. You may however consider applying for a T1G extension by post and then varying that to ILR, in the event a decision is not made by the time you become eligible for Settlement.
