Hello everyone

I came to UK on a student visa with my son and wife in 30 April/2006 as they are my dependent.By mean time we regularly extend our visa regularly on time.

I heard from my son side who stay legally in this country continous seven years in 30 April 2013.

Do we qualified to apply ILR from my son side living and studying seven years in the UK?

If we qualified, which form do we have to fill?

What sort of document de we need?

Regards

The 7 year concession is a leave to remain application. It's not a settlement application.

Let me ask this question differently ?

Can my alone child apply for ILR on the basis of 7 year concession?

If child can apply for citizenship alone , can child apply for ILR alone ?

It's the parent of the child who applies for leave to remain under the 7 year concession. It's not an application made by the child. Children make applications under other rules.

Guru sorry to bother you again ,

But rule 276ADE (iv) , suggest that applicant would be a child ,

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/polic ... les/part7/

(iv) is under the age of 18 years and has lived continuously in the UK for at least 7 years (discounting any period of imprisonment) and it would not be reasonable to expect the applicant to leave the UK; or
The requirements to be met by an applicant for leave to remain on the
grounds of private life in the UK are that at the date of application, the applicant:

and my understanding is that child will use FLR(O) form.

However it is not clear that child will have ILR and parent will have 30 months extension

or

child and parent will have 30 month visa .

Which you have linked, but it's not a grant of ILR. It's a grant of 30 months.
