Hi all,

i am on HSMP + Tier 1

under the Section

9A – TIER 1 (GENERAL) MIGRANTS

A. Previous Earnings Assessment
You must claim points for your previous earnings in order to meet the relevant points pass mark required
under paragraph 245CD of the Immigration Rules.

so do we need to go to this page
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/pointscalculator

and calculate our score from there and take a print out and attach to our SET (O) application ?

or just filling the SET(O) form is enough ?

not sure why you post that link , it guidance notes doesn't include any information that i am looking for .
i was waiting for some one's reply who had the similar situation like me,

The points calculator is provided to help you calculate your total score & thereby understand whether you score the necessary points. There is no requirement to attach the results to your SET(O) application, if that's what you are asking.

It is not mandatory but there is no harm in attaching.
