Do I still qualify?

Hi Guys,
I lived in the UK legally between march 2001 and 2011. First as a student until 2005 and then switched onto Engineering graduate schema and then onto HSMP. So I think I would normally qualify.
My problem is my wife is Danish and we have since moved to Denmark s I was not able to apply for the permanent residence.
I would still love to apply for the permanent residency, is this possible? Do I still qualify? How can I go about it?
Any information will be much appreciated.
