Hi,

I would like to ask a couple of questions:

1. There is a gap of 1.5months between WP stamp and EC. I also switched to Tier 1 (G) in-country. WP stamp date 01/07/2008 & EC 08/08/2008. Can I apply on 5/06/2013 based on 3 months entry concession?

2. My 6 months salary qualify for points needed would that be sufficient or I will need full year's earnings?

3. I need some tips on getting PEO appointments as I am trying with hypothetical date and seeing nothing available nowhere?!

Thanks.

Regarding payslips. During last 12 months I worked as limited company for 1.5 months and was unemployed for 1 month. What to be done?!

Thanks.

Regarding the OP's second question. 12 months of earnings aren't required, if he/she qualifies with the required points using less. So if you have scored the necessary points with 6 months of pay, then all you need to submit is evidence for those 6 months.

The requirement is that the earnings need to be earned within a maximum of 12 consecutive months during the 15 months immediately prior to your application.

I totally agree with cs95tdg , recently I got ILR and I showed only 7 months salary as I was meeting points with that .

Many thanks all.

My first year was as work permit do I need to include supporting evidences for that or just the point scoring recent salary (as Tier1 G)?

Also I do not have all P45s and P60s as have lost them. Can I take out single letter from HMRC to prove my economically active stauts during stay?
Thanks.

If you don't have your P60 for the period covering your time on a WP, then request your Employment History from HMRC. To satisfy the requirements outlined under 11L, you can submit your WP letter along with your HMRC employment history - which will prove that you met the terms of your WP during that residence period.
