My details as below

Tier 1 Entry clearance granted: March 2009 for three years
First entry to UK: 1st May 2009
Left UK: 5th May 2009

Came back to UK: Jan 2010. Till then living in UK.

Got my visa extension on March 2012 for two years (March 2014).

Question. As per current rules after 13 December 2012, will I qualify for ILR on March 2014 or May 2014 or December 2014 or Jan 2015?

You have to apply for extension.

You could have down the route of splitting your absence into two years but that won't happen as all your absences fall under one year (March-March)

And when will I be eligible or ILR?

28 days before you complete your 5 years in Jan 2015(as you haven't specified the date when you arrived back in UK in Jan 2010)
