I will be applying for ILR by April mid under Tier 1. I believe the P60 issued at April end. If i request to HMRC for the payments in early April, will i get the details of the payments till March end?

Do HMRC get updated with payment details every month or they process it only after April 6th every year?

Note : I have P60 for the last for years. Bank statements and payslips for the last 5 years. Is it good enough?

You should get your P60 for this year with your March salary slip. Are P60s required for Tier 1 ILR applications??

No. Not unless you have a period where you were on a employer sponsored immigration category. As for P60's the earliest you should technically be able to get them would be in April, as thats when the financial year ends. Personally I've always received mine in May. I.e. there is always a delay in them being distributed. Though I'm not aware of the reason for this.

That is very strange. I always receive P60 before the 10th of April each year from the external Payroll Accountant

Delay in receiving P60s, is due to the reconciliation of monthly ,figures at year end.
