Hi there,

My query is regarding the time spent in EEA2 category counts in 10yr ILR? As i was on student visa for 7 years (no gaps) 2 years on PSW T1 (no gaps) and after these 9 years, 1 year on EEA2 RC. Does this all can count towards 10yr ILR? Regards.

Simple answer yes. But the time you spent under EEA2 RC your EEA national partner must have been excercising its treaty rights in order to be able to count this time for 10 years long residence category.
