Hi

I just want to know whether I will be eligible for ILR in September 2014.

Entered the UK: Sep 2004
Went to India: Aug 7 2012
Visa Expired: Aug 27 2012
Applied from India for Dependent - Rejected Fee problem: Aug 30 2012
Re Applied: Sep 1 2012
Approved Dependent: Sep 5 2012
Came back to the UK: Oct 5 2012

Please let me know whether I will be eligible or my clock starts again.
PLEASE HELP ME else I can go back to India.

This incidence will not reset your ilr clock because you depart from UK with valid leave and re-enter with valid leave and also not been absent more than 6 months from UK.
