Do I qualify forILR

I got Tier 1 [General] from India and start from 4th April 2010 valid until 4th April 2013. But I entered to UK on 6th June 2010.
My tier-1 [general] extension was approved from 28h February 2013 and give the validity till 28th February 2015.
Due to this, I am confused now whether I am eligible for ILR or not. Kindly let me know, whether I should go for one more extension or can apply ILR though PEO or Post for me and my dependent.
In short,
Tier 1 G - start Date - 04th April 2010 - End date - 04 April 2013
Tier 1 G -extension- start date - 28th Feb 2013 End date - 28th Feb 2015
My dependent,
Tier 1 G Dependents - start date - 04 Dec 2010 end date 04 April 2013
Tier 1 G Dependent extension - start date - 28th Feb 2013 End date - 28th Feb 2013

You entered within 90 days on your EC so technically you could have applied 28 days before 4th april 2015. However, because your visa was extended on 28th Feb you do not complete 5 years of sta in the UK. So you might need one more extension. I am sure no PEO will entertain such applications. You can apply by post for ILR however beware that even that could be refused if the Case is allotted before you complete 5 years.
If you qualify then your dependant automatically will qualify.

With the current rules in place, you might need to extend it. But 2015 is still 2 years away, you never know the rules might change and you might stand a chance.

Thanks UK Settlement and DB. I will go for tier 1 extension which will be safe.

Even mine is a similar case and I am applying for an extension now. Considering the above scenario, If Raj had his Visa till April 1,2015 will he be eligible for ILR? Please let me know.
