Can you please confirm when can I apply ILR

Work Permit issue date - 16/05/2008
Visa Stamp date - 03/06/2008
UK entry date - 07/06/2008

Your help in this forum is fully preparing me for PEO

Shiva, I'm also in the same boat.

What I heard from others is, We need to consider Visa Valid from date in WP for ILR qualifying period.

I will wait other experts / senior members will confirm the same

I think its 28 days before Visa Stamp date - 03/06/2008 .

Please check with seniors.
