Hi

Could any one of you can help me answering this query..

Iam on Tier 1 Visa Valid Till feb 2015

My Wife is on Tier 1 Dependent VIsa Valid Till feb 2015

But now in June 2013 I am eligible for PR now the question is

Do I Need to apply PR Dependant VISA for my wife when my visa Status got Changed to ILR

or Is it Ok to wait with Current Tier 1 Dependant Visa till She gets eleigibility to apply for PR that is 2014 May.

Okay to wait, unless you are applying for ILR under Long Residence.

Mine is Tier 1 General Visa... is that ok..

If you have seen this in any of the UK BA docs .. Could you please share.
