I have an appointment for my ILR on 21/03. My current stay should expire on 19/04. I have just realised that I should put in my application 28 days before my current status expire. There is 2 days shortfall to the rule. What should I do in this case?

Change the appointment as they won't process your application.

It should be no sooner than 28 days prior to the competition of your qualifying period. This may differ from 28 days prior to your visa expiring.

What will the qualifying period be if I am applying as a spouse of a British citizen?
