Pls advise -ILR work permit -Document list.

I would request senior members to please advise
below list of primary documents is sufficient, or items
need adding.
ILR APPLICATION on work permit 10 April 2013
LIST OF DOCUMENTS
---------------------------
A.
Means of payment -visadebit
Application form -set(o) [latest version is still of Dec2012 with old fees]
Photo -2no. per person
Passport -Current and old, Self and dependants.
B.
Cohabitations proofs 2yrs -counciltax, pollcard, utility, gpletter
C.
Payslip and bank stat -all in last 6months including latest within 30days
D.
LIUK Test certs
E.
All payslips of 5 years and all previous P60
except p60 of current financial year which is not available in march
F.
Employer's letter
- soc code & rate of pay vs salary
- still required
- purpose of all days out of uk in 5yr, and are within ann leave
- continous employement for work permit and stayed for 5yrs
G.
Photocopies of all.

I would make sure to check the UKBA website on or after 6th April as the fees are going up and new forms will most likely be available wef 6th April.

Can you please provide format of section F (Employer's letter) you are providing.

Is it for a PEO appointment? Which PEO ?Document List is fine. Don't give too many documents. Just give what you have been asked for.Pl. be aware of the new visa Fees and Set O form ,may change after 06/04.

What about your W.P and W.P approval letter and Employment Contract???

According to the guidance, the documents you must provide with your application are either: a payslip and a personal bank or building society statement, or a payslip and a building society pass book.
Payslip:This must be the most recent payslip. It must be dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application
Personal bank or building society statement: This must be the most recent statement dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application
So why are you providing all payslips for 5 five years?
