Hi I am due to apply for ILR in June 2013.
Due to be in very messy situation and too much pressure of circumetances, I couldnt manage the co-habitation proof, but I done which was mandatory. I have the following documents:
1. Council tax letters on joint names
2. My bank statements from 2 different banks.
3. SIA liscence letters.
4. Letters from employer
5. 12 payslips from my main job, in which I have earning of more than £20,000
6. Letter from university on completion of my degree.
7. Mobile bills
8. I am going to register with GP this week so obviously ll recieve letter from GP.
Regrading my Other job:
At the time when I was given spouse visa, I couldnt update the address on my tht job, which I realised now, as I am facing redundancy from my main job, now that part time job will be my main job.
Finances:
I also do not have much savings, but I have earning of more than £25000 from both jobs and my wife is working full time.
Please advise.

The documents are enough as long as they are spread over 2 years and the addresses match for yourself and your dependants.
Good luck with your application.

You don't need to show savings.

Hi,
I'm going to apply for ILR in Oct 2014. Below mentioned are the documents I have, please guide:
NI Number Letter
GP Registration
DVLA Letter for tax disc etc
Personal Bank statement - Lloyds
Credit cards statement
Joint council tax for 2014
Joint Bank account
The ambiguity is my wife's name on Utility bills etc is her Surname from Previous marriage. is it okay to attach those because of condition that documents/letters should spread whole 2 years. The original divorce certificate is going to be attached anyway.
Request your assistance with this regards and looking forward for the same.
Kind regards

There's one more thing I wanted to confirm i.e. SKY BILL Some of them are online printouts for 2012/2013 because of paperless option activated.
Is it ok to enclose print out of those SKY bills and mention the reason why print outs are enclosed instead of Originals.
Thank You
Neeraj
