Hi Raju,

Congratulations on your ILR. My situation is similar to yours(HSMP + Tier1) except that I travelled to UK on the 89th day from hsmp visa stamp.

My appointment is on 25-Mar at Croydon so please can you clarify what you entered in the Set(O) form for the below section. Will be very helpful.

6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK?

6.4 When did you last enter the UK?

7.11. How long have you lived in the UK? -- Did you calculate from the initial date of entry into UK(which is 6-June-2008)?

Thanks

Hi There,

I'm in the same situation as yours, but entered on 91st day to UK after my HSMP Visa Stamp. After entering in to the country, in these last 4+ years how many days you has been out of the country?

Please update me, how your process went on.

Good Luck mate...

Thanks
Rammi

Hi rammionline,

Been out of country for only 65 days in total. My ILR was successful y'day and you can find the detailed posting here -- http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... 075#812075.

Also mine was within 90 days of entry into UK from the date of hsmp stamp. Please check on this forum regarding 91 days as in your case. Also maybe seniors can confirm further. Good luck buddy.

Hi Rammi,

I saw your comment that you arrived to UK on 91st day after T1 stamp and going for ILR.

I am in the same boat buddy, I have called UKBA but they said NO i cant. However I don't believe the agents as you get different responses with different agents.

Please can you let me know what has happened with your application?

Date stamps -

First T1 visa for 3years- 23/03/2010 to 23/03/2013
Extension T1 visa for 2years RC7598320. - 07/04/2013 to 07/04/2015
Date of arrival in UK : 22/06/2010 (91st day of visa approval)
Will complete 4yrs 9months 15days on current visa expiry date

Thanks,
Anas
