Hello Guru's

I have a question, I will qualify for ILR based on 10 year long residence by end of August 2013.

I was caught speeding over the limit on Motorway and was asked to attend Court.

I was given 56 days ban but no points as initially they were giving me points but I asked the magistrate to give me a ban instead of points.

I was fined and had to pay court charges in the region of around £300

Now this incident took place in June 2009.

It will be 4 years this June 2013, does that mean that will I be able to apply for ILR or do I have to wait for 5 years?

I look forward to your response.

Many Thanks,

Thanks Vinny, it does appear that my application should be fine as by the time I will be applying for ILR it will good 48 months unless I commit another offence:S
