My Details

Initial work permit stamped on 2nd May 2008 in India
Arrival in the UK- 2nd June 2008
moved to T2 ICT as WP category was closed
Have T2 ICT valid until 2nd June 2013

I have following queries

1. I have booked my appoint on the 19th April 2013, Based on 28 days from the stamp date - Am i correct with this?
2. My wife and self have been married before we arrived in the UK.. How many years cohab documents needs to be submitted, I have council tax and utilities bills in my name.. and my tenancy agreement has me as named occupant.. and plus another permitted occupant.. but does not have my wife's name. - Pls suggest what is the best thing to do.
3. Will i be required to fill in one Set(O) forms per applicant?

I have collected following documents

1. 4 years P60
2. Bank statements
3. LIUK test results
4. Pay slips
5. I will get a letter from employer with SOC and for absences

Would i need anything else?

Was your initial work permit, ICT, with the same company? Or when did you apply in April 2010?

Was your initial work permit, ICT, with the same company? Or when did you apply in April 2010?

Yes.. i had been with the same employer for last 8 years.. i was working for the same employer even before i arrived in the UK

Can somebody please respond to my queries..
