Do we need to submit the tenancy or mortgage agreement to satisfy section 11 of Set(O) form.

In Set(O) section 5.1 and 5.2 they ask about the monthly rent/mortgage payment.

Set(O) section 11 'Your Finances'
If you have to complete section 5, bank statements, building society savings book(s), pay slips or other formal documents as evidence of your ability to maintain and accommodate yourself and any dependants without recourse to public funds.
Would three recent bank statements with sufficient balances is enough or do we have to show the current rental/mortgage agreement also?

There is no evidence required for tenancy or mortgage. I think these questions are meant to overall assess your financial situation. At least i have never heard about any instance where they asked for tenancy/mortgage evidence.

Rental/Mortgage agreements are not required. You may take your latest bank statements/pay slips, but this again is not explicitly requested because in most cases, if applying for ILR as an economic migrant you would be submitting some of these to satisfy the requirements (E.g. earnings) of T1 or T2 immigration categories.
