Hi All
On 17-May-2013 I complete my 5 year continuous residence period. I have my PEO appointment on 29-Apr-2013 at Sheffield within the 28 days period. Please let me know how my five year breakdown will be. Will it be backwards from 29-Apr-2013 or should it be backwards from 17-May-2013. Please let me know your views on Sheffield PEO centre, is it good?

Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards.

Any advices seniors please.

As well I'm planning to apply for ILR only for myself and my spouse. My kids were born in UK and so planning to apply for BC for them after ILR. They both have dependent visa until Feb-2015. In case if their BC and OCI are delayed will they be able to travel with T1G dependent visa while we have ILR status.

Please clarify.

Kind Regards.

Depends when you arrived in the UK. If you arrival was within 90 days of start date of your EC then you can apply within 28 days from 17th of May.
Every PEO is good if your case is straight forward tbh.
