For My PEO appointment,Which Month's Payslip and Bank Statement , I have to submit to the Case Worker? Is it for the Month of March or April?
Also,is there necessity to submit a Minimum Maintenance Balance Letter from the Bank, for the last 6 months?

The payslip should be the most recent one i.e. not older than 1 calender month . So , it is april. That said , many people are carrying pay slips for last 12 months as well.

Thank You My visa is Expiring on 15/05/2013. My PEO Appointment is on 07/05/2013. Does it fit in with the New rules or not. Very confusing.

Hi,
MY first Tier 1 general was granted on 23/04/2010 - 23/04/2013 (3 years)
second extension by PEO (28/03/2013) and granted visa till 28/03/2015 (2 years) - i applied my visa within period of 28 days.
As ILR rule said you can qualify for ILR within 28 days of your qualifying 5 years visa.
Does this mean i am eligible to apply ILR on 26/03/2015 (Told by my case worker) Or Do i need to go for another extension ?
can any senior case worker please give an advice ?
