hi everyone,

i have a friend who is 20, got into the country about 2year ago with an Indefinite leave to enter which expires in june, is she gonna apply for an indefinite leave to remain when it expires or so other visa?

it was her dad that got her the visa back home then.

You post makes no sense and has been posted in the wrong section. Perhaps your friend could join and ask her own question giving better information than you. There are no transitions required by someone in possession of an indefinite visa.

Indefinite leave to enter is the same as indefinite leave to remain but for one is given when you enter the UK and the other inside the UK. It will have expired because the passport has. Just keep the old passport and they'll be fine.
