Re: ILR 10 year (Including visitor and students visa)

please help me and clear my doubt. I will be helpful to you. Thanks.
first came to UK on 18th July 2003.

stayed in UK (18 July to 18 Sep 03)- Visitor visa got from june03-nov03
stayed in UK(25/1/04 to 24/2/04) -Student Visa got from 13/1/4 - 22/3/04
stayed in UK (16/07/04 to 15/09/04) -Visitor visa got from 08/6/4-11/12/04
Again came in UK on 4th October 2004 as student and staying continuously as students till today and my student visa is going to finish in August 2013.

As I came on visit visa so did this visa count towards 10 year ILR?
when can I apply for 10 year ILR?
what documents do I need to send to Home office with my application form.

When did you leave uk ?

Yes

when can I apply for 10 year ILR?

Having said that you left uk and came back in 2 occasions, if you have left bfore your visa finishes and came back in 6 months with new visa then you will qualify for submitting 10 years application from 21st june 2013

I have gone every time before my visa expired and came back again after taking new visa.
