I met my husband in London and we are now married. We both came to the UK separately under the HSMP/ Tier 1 route and are now due to apply for the indefinite leave to remain.

Can I apply as his dependent given that we came to the UK in our own right?

Can anyone get an appointment in Croydon in June this year?

You need to Register and Log into UKBA website and see., 42 days before your expiry of visa. Then you could book your appointments at Croydon.

Appointment slots for June won't show on the system yet. They're released 42 days in advance.
