Hi,

We went to Croydon office for ILR (Premium service) application on 13 -03-2013

Unfortunately we were asked to send addition documents, which we sent on 20-03-2013, but still havent heard anything from them.

Since it is a premium service I was expecting a reply within a week.

Any idea how long it might take to hear from them?

Well premier service is a bit of a misnomer.

Anyway, what documents were they, one could expect a delay of a week to may be 6 momths sometime.

Hi kdrshravya, you have not mentioned what additional documents where requested from you. What is your visa category? On what basis did you apply? Employed or Self employed?
If you don't provide these info, you may not be able to get the right advice.
