Apologies if this has been answered already.
I entered in HSMP ..moved on to Tier 1 ...

In section 3 ... do I fall under A or B?
All falling under A need to fill section 9.

Now Section 9 talks about ONLY Tier based visa ... no reference to HSMP ...mostly around salary band ...

I do meet the point score but just wondering what is the right section to fill ..

Yes Section 9 applies to you. It's the HSMP JR people it doesn't apply to.
