Hi,

Here is my ILR dependant exp:

I applied ILR for my wife and my kid at PEO recently with SET(0).Everything went fine.
However, the CW made me stressed a lot at the initial stage. I applied both of them in one form as main applicant and dependant.
But, he asked me to apply 2 seperate forms and asked me to pay 2 main applicants fee.

Then I explained him that, no as per the guidence and my communication with UKBA. This is the way to apply.
I confirmed over the phone and even I asked the CW at the time of my ILR application.
Then after a long discusson with their collegues he finally agreed and approved.

I am not sure it is of their lack of knowledge or simply to give a trouble.
It seems most of the staffs will see each case to make them trouble or not to approve. So, please be strict to your points and proofs
if your case is really straight forward and nothing as discreation levels rather than obliging the persons and agree whatever they say.

Anyhow, I got them approved and came out with long relaxing breath.

Thanks a lot for this forum and members. It helps a lot for many many immigrants.

All the best for all of you.
