Hi all,
I need advice on when is the first day that I am eligible to apply for ILR
Tier1 (General) entry clearance: 11-06-2008
Entered UK: 24-07-2008
Tier-1 General Ext: 11-06-2011
Tier-1 Valid Until: 11-06-2013
I have booked a PEO appointment on 14th May, 2013 ( 11/06/2013 - 28 Days).
As this is the first day in the 28 day period, can someone please confirm that my calculation is correct?
Thanks.

If 11-Jun-13 is Day zero, counting backwards "day -28" would be 15th May 13.
Cheers

If 11/06/2013 is day 0. Day 0 - 28 = 14th May and not 15th as per the timeanddate caluclator

Does a day difference of a day, does it matter. You need to apply for ILR 28,days before your current visa expires. Suppose you cannot get to apply exactly ,on the 28th day,Can apply during the said 28 day period.
Hope this helps.

Hi Kevin24, I am ok with applying in the 28day period however as I already have an appointment booked for the 14th May, I wanted to confirm whether it is within the 28day period.
I dont want to be turned away from the PEO on the day just because I am a day early.

Mate! If you are very confident that 14th May is the 28th day before your visa ends, then go ahead with your appointment.
