Hi,

I got my first entry clearance for UK in Oct 2003, however I entered UK only two months after in Dec 2003. My question is for the 10 year ILR application when does my time in the UK start i.e. Oct 2003 or Dec 2003? Also, can one apply for same day processing?

Any further information such as documentation / evidence required for the application will be much appreciated.

Many Thanks

For Long residence applications, it's the initial date of entry that is relevant.

Hello lehche2000,

Your time in the UK starts from December 2003 and there is no sameday service for 10 year long stay. You can only apply by post.
Hope this info helps

for 10 years long residence
