Payment Process at PEO Solihull after 6th Apr 13 ?

Hi All,
Is anyone know if PEO Solihull has the same payment process or changed after 6th Apr 2013, I mean do they first verify the application and then charges you the fee or they have changed the way and charging visa fee in advance.

On the piece of paper (as a guidance of appointment) handed out together with the ticket number, it clearly states payment before the interview. However I think my payment was taken at the end of the interview.
I went after 6 April

My mate went on 8th and they charged him before processing his case...

So is the working way more or less confirmed now for Solihull? Anything straight from people who had been there since 6th April?

was there on 8th.. can confirm they do ask for fees first now..
