people who have got Tier1 with degree taught in english do not have to go through the 2nd additional part of LITUK

pls tell/show the applicants where this is stated? Help other readers by providing evidence which supports the fact that Tier1 applicants with degree thought in English do not need to sit for English test , by Oct 2013?

Tier 2 migrants and PBS dependants are also exempt but need to pass life in the uk test
