Hi ,

I'm on spouse visa ILR dependents valid for 27 months and my son also holds the same..My husband got his ILR on 2010 at that time I had my delivery in india so we were not able to apply for ILR along with him...Now we are going to complete 24 months by end of july ..My husband is claiming child benefits for past 1 year will it affect my application because I'm going to include my child application with me so please advice me what to do..?
