I am applying ILR through tier2 route next month.

Please verify the details for section 5.5.

1. SOC code (or nearest applicable which best describes your employment) - 2134 – Project Manager
2. Current rate of Pay (as stated in the Codes of Practice – hourly rate or annual salary) – Leave Blank
3. Current rate of Pay (as stated in the Codes of Practice – hourly rate or annual salary) – 36400/
4. Number of hours this salary is based on – 39hours*52weeks = 2028 Hours
5. Number of weekly hours – 39 Hours

Is this 39 Hours is your Actual weekly Working Hours??

I have mentioned all data based on SOC Code guideline 2010.

In SOC Code guideline, it is mentioned that for SOC Code 2134, experienced worker salary requirement is 36400/ and working hours are 39 hours.

My actual working hours is 40 Hours.

I hope i have given correct data. Please confirm.

In Statement of INtent and SOC Code guideline 2010 it is mentioned that

The appropriate salary rates stated are per year and are based on a 39-hour week (the mean weekly hours for full-time workers in ASHE 2011). Where a Tier 2 migrant has contracted weekly hours or is paid an hourly rate, the rates will be pro-rated accordingly. In all cases, the pay must comply with National Minimum Wage regulations.

In Codes of Practice for Skilled Workers Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) Codes 6 April 2013.

In page number 4, it is mentioned that

All of the rates quoted are based on a 39 hour working week unless otherwise specified. If the job has contracted weekly hours or is paid an hourly rate, the rates must be pro-rated accordingly, but otherwise they do not need to be pro-rated.

I have written 39 hours based on these documents. Please review and confirm data is correct or not?
