Hi,

My name is A B C, where B is my father's name. In UK correspondence Iuse A+C (first name + surname). In my passport my father's name has been set as my surname which has been taken on my visa & BRP.

Now I am applying on combination of work permit and Tier 1 (G) visa and some palips show AB and some as AC what to do?

ILR due in June 2013.

Thanks.

I have the same problem. My name is A B C D where D is my family name but is shown in different documents as either A+C, A+B+C, A+C+D or A+D. In all my years, only 1 person has ever caused a fuss and I told that person to hop it. My bank, credit card companies, employer, DVLA, UKBA etc have never been bothered. My case may be a bit different to yours though as any combination of my names is unique in the UK (looked at electoral roll records/google search).
