i got married around 8 months ago and soon i am going to apply my ILR . understood my wife will not qualify for ILR due to less than 2 years stay. So what status she'll obtain ?
Do i have to go Tier 1 extension for her? Whether can i apply her extension in same poe appointment of ILR? and which dependent application form i need to fill?

Kindly advise...

My understanding is that you need a separate PEO appointment for your wife, because the applications of you both are not of the same category.
Others can confirm.

Was the marriage before or after 9 July 2012? When did your spouse apply for a PBS dependant visa?

As no choice i have apply for her has PBS dependent along with my ILR application. Understood from new rule for dependent after june 2012 need to stay minimum 5 year to qualify for ILR qualify. My question is
1. how many year of validity will stamp for my wife visa? Will they stamp her the validity until next ILR qualify period.

2. Can i book my poe appointment for both visa i.e ILR + PBS dependent at the same slot?

3. Already i am submitting earning evidence in ILR application apart from marriage certificate in pbs dependent application, in addition do i have submit any more documents?

Please advise.. Appreciate your reply..
