ILR Booking Confirmation Issue

Hello,

With fews days greate struggle I able to book appointment for my ILR application with two dependants.

I was trying few times and later I received two different appointment confirmation emails on different solts.

One emails showing booking reference number with 2 attendees as fellow.

Number of attendees (including yourself): 2

Second emai showing different booking refernce number with 3 attendees as fellow.

Number of attendees (including yourself): 3

I want to apply ILR for myself,wife and Son. I belive I need to select the 3 attendees booking confirmation email. I want to clear some points

1. Do I need to give call to UKBA and pay £100 to secure it.

2. I have received email with booking reference number but not showing in my online account is there any problem

3. Do I need to cancel the other appointment which is different booking reference number or it will automatically cancel if I do not contact them

4. Can I confirm with UKBA about the applicant and dependants details incase in rush I did not type name spell worng.

Please respond the above questions I have short time and need to give them call closing day today. Thanks

When you call them they will ask for the booking reference number,

they can check and confirm the booking for you before you pay

and will send you a payment letter as well ,

so easiest thing to do is call them

they just need name, dob, booking reference
, address

you can email to applyonlinee-support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk.
You can ask them to confirm the appointment is valid or not.
You can also ask them to cancel the ones you do not need.
You will get reply within a few hours.
