SET (M) FORM QUERY

Hi we are just filling out SET (M) form and are stuck on Section 9.12 which asks:
"Please state what ties you have with the country you were born, any other country whose nationality you hold or any country you have lived for more than 5 years. - You should tell us about any family, friends or other connections with that country."
Partner has lived here for about 16 years. Most of family live abroad. Partner hasn't seen family for a while. Most of our friends live here.
What could be put down as an answer to that question?
