Hi,

Just a confusion, which form should I use for my dependant (me combination of Tier 1 G and work permit). Can I use SINGLE SET O form for both or it has to be:

- 2x SET O forms for me and wife OR
- 1x SET O form for me and OTHER form for dependant?

I will be applying at PEO using single appointment.

Yes I have but one of the success stories at croydon on HSMP + Tier 1 as put in this morning stated that he used PBS doc. for his dependant... that's what confused me!!!

If she is eligible for ILR, then she may apply for it.

just one form for both

I think the other guy applied for Set(o) and dependant separate

they might not have lived for 2 years together reason to apply separate
