How far in advance can you take Life in the UK test

My T1 expires in October 2013 and I would like to take my LitUK test this summer. Do you know how far in advance you can take it?

Anytime. But bear in mind that if the rules change you will have to comply with any changes.

There is no time limit. You can give any time in your 5 year tier 1 or work permit time. Beacuse once u pass its everything done. Life in uk certificate is not expired even you passed before 4 years from your ILR application date
