Dear All

Need a advice on my wife's ILR application, I am holding a british Passport and my wife is on a dependent visa she came to UK 2 yrs ago and she is eligible for ILR as per the old rules
my doubts are
1)Do i need to show my income (as i am out of work since September 2012)
2)what form do i have to fill set(0) or set(M)

Thanks in advance
Sameer

1- you need to show your and your partner income such as payslips, bank statements, benefits you get

2- if she applied for FLR M for last visa she needs to apply for SET M visa

1 - what are you living on? How are you maintaining yourself, paying the rent?

2 - following FLR(M) and providing you meet the eligibility the application for ILR would be under SET(M).
