Which Bank Statement

Hi,
Just have a question with regards to which bank statement to be used. I will be going PEO for ILR (based on work permit + Tier 1 G) and within last 12 months, for 2 months I worker as limited company paying myself least salary. I do have the payslips issued by my chartered accountant but I never trasnsferred money (salary) into my personal account!!
Question: Will I be able to show my business bank statement, which will have TOTAL earning of my limited company ie. me????
Time line: Visa Stamp (Workpermit 02/07/2008, Entered 08/8/2008)
PEO Appointment for 05/06/2013 is that OK?
